Group discussion on how to complete a healthcare directive that informs your providers and family on your healthcare goals.  An Advance Directive lets you make preferences about your healthcare.  Determine who will speak for you if you cannot speak for yourself.  Available for Veterans, spouses and family.  This group meets ont the 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month.
