Middle of the Day Meditation

Group will start with introductions and identification of key stressors and close with identifying physical and mental reduction experienced. A full body guided meditation will allow participants to engage and muscle relaxation along with mental relaxation. This practice teaches you to slow down racing thought, let go of negativity and calm both your mind and body. Format is individualized to lying on the floor or a sitting position. Participant are encouraged to have quiet space inside their home or outside if possible. Headphones are encouraged.
