We have established a number of procedures to assist you in getting an appointment without a long delay. To make an appointment with a particular clinic or service, or if you have received a letter stating that you need to make an appointment, please call the Medical Center's Telephone Triage at (888) 214-1247.
For a listing of your current appointments, please call the Medical Center at (888) 214-1247 and press 2.
If you cannot keep an existing appointment, please contact us as soon as you are aware you cannot make your appointment. This will allow us to reschedule you sooner as well as schedule one of your fellow Veterans for the original appointment date and time. Call (888) 214-1247 and press 2 to cancel.
VetLink Kiosks are located in most patient check-in locations/waiting areas. VetLink is a self-serve kiosk with touchscreen technology. Patients can use VetLink kiosks to check-in for scheduled medical appointments and manage their personal information.
Kiosk devices allow Veterans to:
- Check-in for scheduled appointments
- View future appointments
- View and validate insurance information
- Update next-of-kin information
- View their account balance
- Respond to national and site-specific questionnaires

Regularly updated patient access data is available for all VA Medical Centers and Community-Based Outpatient Clinics including average wait times, number of patients waiting for a scheduled appointment and number of patients that cannot be scheduled for an appointment in 90 days or less.
