Spinal Cord Injury and Disorder
The Battle Creek and Wyoming Spinal Cord Injury and Disorder (SCID) Primary Care Teams are designed to meet the everyday health care needs of Veterans with a spinal cord injury or disorder. The SCID Primary Care Teams are made up of specialty trained teams comprised of a Dr, RN, LPN, MSW, and Support Staff.
To qualify for this program there must be an injury affecting your spinal cord. If you feel this program may be right for you, please discuss a referral with your primary care physician.
