What We Do

During administrative hours (8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.), Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, telephone access to health care advice and information will be provided by the medical center’s Telephone Triage Program - 888-214-1247

Telephone access to health care advice and information to enrolled Veterans is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling 1-888-838-6446.

Service Information

A call center is located at the Battle Creek VA Medical Center (VAMC) that provides service to patients from the medical center and Wyoming, Lansing, Benton Harbor, and Muskegon VA Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs).

During non-administrative hours, the VISN 10 Telenurse Program, 1-888-838-6446, provides telephone access to health care advice and information for all Veterans enrolled with the Battle Creek VAMC and its CBOCs.

Both programs allow enrolled patients to make telephone contact to discuss any concerns relevant to access to care (eligibility and scheduling), medical concerns, (treatment and follow-up), and questions about medications.
